Our markets include commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial facilities. Our projects include in\-house surveys, design, engineering, project management, commissioning, and on\-going service of complex multi\-discipline turnkey projects. JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of contracted projects. The PM is responsible for project review and planning, project budgeting and forecasting, contractor sourcing, solicitation, selection and quotations, project planning \& scheduling, company resource allocation and end\-to\-end customer communication. The role at times also requires accessing spaces which require some physical fitness. The PM works also works with project development engineers to identify and assist development of future energy efficiency retrofit projects for various customers.
