**VISION FOR POSITION** The Health Sciences Program Coordinator (HSPC) is responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of health sciences coursework, clinical experiences, and transportation logistics for students enrolled in the health sciences pathway. This role supports up to 350 students across 12 career pathways, managing schedules across five higher education partners and two hospital systems. The HSPC serves as a key liaison between students, faculty, transportation services, and external partners to ensure students have access to the opportunities necessary for success in their career and academic journeys. The HSPC collaborates with BELIEVE Academy leadership, higher education institutions, and industry partners to design and maintain efficient scheduling systems and provide direct support to students in navigating their academic pathways.
