**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Manager / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations, ensuring the timely shipment and return of supplies, managing inventory, continual process improvement and coordinating with Team Leads (TLs), Account Managers and Staffing Coordinator to maintain operational efficiency. This role includes tracking shipments, managing onsite and home test kit (HTK) supplies, coordinating with vendors for supply pricing, and maintaining quality assurance of all supplies. The candidate must be able to handle physical tasks and transportation responsibilities, including picking up specimens from local accounts and transporting materials to shipping locations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Shipping \& Logistics Coordination:** * Ship supplies, error free, timely and cost effectively, to designated Client and/or Team Lead (TL) locations for events or operations. * Record tracking numbers in the Event Management System (EMS). * Ensure supply shipments are received by TL and troubleshoot when supplies are not received in a timely manner. * Print and include return shipping labels for standard and priority overnight return shipments;...
