**The Position** The Associate Director, Promo Medical Education and Training Operations is responsible for leading the internal operations of the CTP (Certified Training Program) for Nexplanon. CTP is necessary for HCPs to obtain Nexplanon training and certification, which enables them to both procure and utilize the product in appropriate women. This role is non\-promotional and will collaborate with marketing, market access, sales, and medical affairs teams to ensure appropriate and efficient CTP execution. **Responsibilities** * Manage execution and maintenance for all aspects of CTP operations for Nexplanon including trainer network, commercial\-led training content, database management, Nexplanontraining.com, and SOPs. * Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure CTP content, trainer certification, and overall training experience is aligned with current labeling and customer needs. * Collaborate with CTP Field Specialists and Sales to support appropriate CTP execution and pull\-through of CTP updates. * Consistently leverage data, feedback, and observations to identify and enable improvements in the CTP processes or capabilities; implement prioritized activities. * Support in...
