* High school diploma or GED required. * 3\+ years of experience in home care, healthcare operations, area operations, or a related service environment. * 2\+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, including responsibility for staff performance and day\-to\-day operations. * Experience managing multiple operational priorities, including staffing, client service, compliance, and issue resolution. * Experience reviewing operational and financial performance data and using results to drive follow\-up and improvement. * Strong communication, organization, problem\-solving, and leadership skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use company systems and reporting tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel within the assigned service area as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field. * Previous management experience in home care, home health, or a Medicaid waiver environment. * Experience with EDWP, Medicaid waiver programs, prior authorizations, billing processes, and/or caregiver compliance. ...
