**Position Summary** The Marketing Manager leads the firm’s overall marketing strategy to support business growth, strengthen brand presence, and expand visibility across our three regional offices. This role directly supervises a team of 2–3 Marketing Coordinators, including roles supporting Spanish\-language outreach and intake. The ideal candidate has experience in professional services or law firm marketing (personal injury experience a plus), understands compliance and reputation management, and is skilled in multi\-channel digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution. This position calls for a creative, data\-driven leader focused on generating qualified leads and new client growth, who demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to guide a small team in a fast\-paced environment.
