**Position: Civil Engineer** **Location: Brambleton, VA 20148, Onsite** **Shift: Mon to Fri 9 am to 5 pm** Seeking a Civil Engineer for commercial, residential, and mixed\-use land development projects from conception to completion. Prepares land development budgets, budget revisions, maintains compliance, and provides exception reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead land development for commercial, residential, and mixed\-use construction projects. * Leads and supports the design and execution of land development projects from concept through completion. * Develops, monitors, and manages detailed project schedules and reports, from project inception through design, entitlement, permitting, construction and bond release. * Develops, monitors, and manages detailed cost projections, budgets, resource management plans, change orders, and plan changes with contractors and consultants, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations. * Experience with construction management and scheduling tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera. * Evaluates the cost, schedule, and constructability impacts of design revisions and scope changes; coordinates with...
