Located on Powers Boulevard near Peterson Space Force Base, the hotel serves a strong mix of military, government, aerospace, and corporate travelers, along with leisure guests exploring the Pikes Peak region. The hotel features complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and meeting space for groups and events.
