Our Leadership Development Program's experienced track is built for early\-career professionals ready to own real outcomes, with a clear path to leadership. In this role, you will be deployed wherever JM Test Systems has its most important problem: a division that has lost its operating rhythm, an acquisition that needs integrating, or a new service model that needs standing up. You'll own the outcome, not just the recommendation. Reporting to our VP of Corporate Development \& Strategy, the program is designed to move you into a permanent role with real P\&L ownership or measurable business impact within 12 to 18 months, such as division, rental, or lab management, or a corporate manager role in areas like analytics, continuous improvement, FP\&A, or supply chain.
