**Overview** The Marketing Account Manager, Engagement \& Strategy owns the client relationship and is a key point of contact for clients. The Account Manager is accountable for setting and satisfying client expectations and is a driving force for their client and agency. A person in this role has a track record of successful account management, executing marketing strategy, demonstrable results, and great decision making to further the needs of your clients and Blackbird Digital. You are comfortable working with all levels of the client organization and have no problem being visible to client’s senior level management. The Account Manager plays an important role, juggling the daily operations of the account with a mastery of the mechanical tasks needed to keep things moving while staying sharply focused on the delivery of sound strategy. The Account Manager can seamlessly transition between multiple things: executing the strategic vision, creative problem solving, and effectively communicating internally to your team and externally to your clients.
