**POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:** The Financial Analyst serves as a finance liaison for their assigned service line(s). To effectively fulfill their role, the Financial Analyst will be teamed with a Senior Financial Analyst and work with the service line leaders to identify their financial needs and opportunities. Examples of financial needs would include month end variance analysis, accounting system maintenance, analysis of growth opportunities and responding to other requests such as general analysis work, report generation, account hierarchy maintenance, and expense research. The Financial Analyst will help develop the service line’s financial knowledge base and will acquire and maintain knowledge of all systems and processes that impact financial data. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. + Other applicable degrees may be considered, determined by the leader. + One year experience in finance, accounting, or business\-related field + Extensive experience in developing personal computer spreadsheets and models. * **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Strong PC system background wit...
