**Role Overview:** We are seeking a ***Physical Therapist*** to provide patient\-centered care within a supportive, hybrid **acute/inpatient setting**. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans considering discharge needs, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
