**Position Summary**The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day\-to\-day operations of CWC’s Phoenix location, including order entry, customer service, inventory management, purchasing coordination, shipping and receiving, and general administrative functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customer inquiries are addressed promptly, inventory is managed appropriately, and branch operations run smoothly.The Branch Operations Manager serves as a central point of contact between customers, sales representatives, customer service, purchasing, warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and regional management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound decision\-making, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service and protecting company profitability. **Key Responsibilities1\.
