Honeywell is seeking an innovative and outcomes\-driven **Senior Director, Digital Visibility \& Discovery** to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Honeywell's global digital presence across web, search, AI platforms, and emerging discovery channels. This role serves as the strategic owner of Honeywell's digital visibility, AI discovery, and One Honeywell web ecosystem, including web strategy, governance, authoring, content operations, design standards, development roadmap oversight, and search performance across traditional and AI\-powered discovery channels. The Senior Director, Digital Visibility and Discovery will ensure Honeywell is discoverable, trusted, and accurately represented across search engines, AI assistants, generative search experiences, industry knowledge platforms, and future digital discovery environments. This leader will establish enterprise standards for how Honeywell's content, information, products, solutions, and expertise are structured, managed, and surfaced to both human audiences and AI systems.
