Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Warehouse Operations \& Logistics Coordinator to oversee our daily shipping, receiving, and inventory functions. This role serves as a vital bridge between our vendors, transport partners, warehouse staff, and business office. The ideal candidate will blend strong administrative capabilities with hands\-on warehouse coordination, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately processed, documented, and tracked.Key Responsibilities Inbound Receiving \& Quality Control * Accept, inspect, and log all incoming shipments to verify product types and quantities. * Cross\-reference physical deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices to ensure 100 percent accuracy. * Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in a timely manner. * Update digital and physical inventory records immediately upon receipt.
