**TITLE:** Budget Specialist **QUALIFICATIONS:** 1\. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred. **2\. Extensive knowledge required in the following areas:** Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, spreadsheet programs and accounting software. 3\.
