**Federal Business Development \& Capture Manager** Remote — United States Base Salary: $80,000/year \+ Uncapped Performance Compensation Kings of Translation is looking for an experienced Federal Business Development \& Capture Manager to help grow our U.S. government business. This is not a traditional capture role where most of your time is spent searching SAM.gov, maintaining spreadsheets, researching incumbents, or preparing internal reports. We have built our own AI\-powered Federal Capture and Proposal OS that automates much of the research, monitoring, pipeline management, opportunity analysis, contact discovery, meeting preparation, and capture workflow. We are looking for someone who can use that infrastructure to focus on what matters most: building relationships, creating opportunities, shaping captures, developing accounts, and winning federal business.
