At FedEx, cybersecurity plays a critical role in protecting the technology, information, and digital identities that support our global enterprise. We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our Identity and Access Management team supporting **Purple ID**, FedEx’s enterprise identity platform powered by Okta. This position will support the technologies and processes used to securely authenticate users, manage access, and onboard applications across the FedEx environment. The successful candidate will combine hands\-on Identity and Access Management experience with strong troubleshooting, infrastructure and security skills. The role will also help advance the use of **artificial intelligence and automation within IAM**. We are looking for an AI practitioner who is interested in using emerging technologies, including AI agents, to automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the way identity services are delivered. This is not an AI engineering position.
