Description

**The Opportunity:** In this role, you’ll support Booz Allen’s enterprise Supplier Performance Management ( SPM ) and Supplier Relationship Management ( SRM ) frameworks by executing structured supplier performance evaluations, coordinating governance activities, strengthening supplier relationships, and improving visibility into supplier health, risk, and delivery outcomes. You’ll work closely with procurement managers, program managers (PMs), category teams, and other stakeholders to ensure supplier accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base. We need a spe cia list like you to support SPM operational cycles by identifying supplier populations aligned to segmentation criteria and contract lifecycle triggers. You’ll deploy supplier scorecards in Ivalua and upon completion, you’ll analyze performance results which will be reported in monthly roll‑ups and leadership reviews. Based on identified performance trends and risks, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, distribute, and track Letters of Concern ( LOCs ) and Corrective Action Plans ( CAPs ) as part of the supplier remediation process.
