Emergent Method is seeking a highly organized grant, program, or project management professional to join our team as a grant and program management consultant. This role will support recurring grant management, tracking, reporting, and follow\-up activities for the firm's clients, with a focus on federally and publicly funded programs involving subrecipients and workforce initiatives. This is a full\-time position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong experience in grant and project management, and a solid understanding of federal grants and budgets. This individual should be highly organized, methodical, and detail\-oriented; capable of building and maintaining effective tracking systems; comfortable working with budgets and financial information; and able to independently manage recurring workstreams with limited oversight.
