Night Auditor Needed Local full service hotel looking for Night Auditor to assist our guests promptly, warmly, efficiently and courteously in all Front Office related functions, while projecting high standards of service and professional hospitality at all times during our 3rd shift of business(overnight). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Accurately and efficiently verify all accounting activity taken place during the day Accurately compile all reports for management's review the next day Post, correct or adjust charges to guest account as necessary Advise guests of all hotel services, features and accommodations Handle guest complaints Check in and out guests in a knowledgeable, proficient, expeditious manner; Accurately handle walk\-in guests; Properly assign rooms based on room locations, rate, and guaranteed or requested room types Answer phones using proper hotel greeting and etiquette; Route telephone calls Collect payment for all charges; maintain cash draw; process credit cards and direct billing; Be knowledgeable of hotel credit, cash in advance and check cashing procedures Understand qualified discounts, their availability and application of vouchers Answer ba...
