The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, dependable, and able to work independently. This position reports directly to the owner and works closely with our outside CPA. **Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate accounting records for two related companies. * Complete timely bank and credit card reconciliations. * Manage accounts payable, track invoices, and prepare approved vendor payments. * Monitor outstanding bills and promptly report payment issues. * Record and reconcile customer payments, deposits, and loan\-related transactions. * Track vehicle inventory, purchase costs, and repair expenses. * Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records. * Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules. * Coordinate with our outside CPA on taxes, financial statements, and year\-end reporting. * Maintain organized records and effective accounting controls. * M...
