Vital Care of Sun City is seeking an experienced and motivated **Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC)** to lead operations at our growing infusion pharmacy in El Paso, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a leadership role that combines clinical practice, sterile compounding, regulatory compliance, business management, and team development. The PIC will work closely with physicians, nurses, patients, and staff to support high\-quality infusion services while helping drive the continued growth and success of the organization.
