What You'll Do * Welcome late\-arriving guests with genuine hospitality and efficient service. * Perform nightly accounting and audit procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Marriott brand standards. * Balance daily revenue, reconcile transactions, and prepare end\-of\-day reports. * Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. * Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming lobby environment throughout the overnight shift. * Prepare the hotel for a smooth transition to the morning team.
