If you’re a Patient Service Specialist who believes relationships matter and meaningful care start from within, you’ll feel right at home here. **Schedule** This is a full\-time, clinic\-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.* Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (4 x 10 Hour Shifts) * 10\-hour shifts with a 30\-minute lunch break * Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts **What you’ll do** You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:* Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism * Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries * Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays * Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations * Supporting clear communication between patients and providers * Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR * Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready **What you bring*** Experience in healthca...
