**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Concrete / Masonry Estimator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing competitive bids, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a balance of technical skills, problem\-solving ability, and strong interpersonal communication to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Engagement** * Serve as a primary point of contact for both new and existing clients. * Attend pre\-bid meetings and client consultations to understand project requirements. * Provide timely responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and invitations to bid. * **Estimating \& Takeoffs** * Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for concrete and masonry projects using estimating software such as **PlanSwift**. * Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work. * Develop complete, accurate, and competitive cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. * **Proposal Development** * Prepare and submit detail...
