**About The Role** The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will be a role at operation side and be responsible for supporting the monthly financial close process, reviewing and validating journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and strengthening financial controls across the organization. The analyst will possess knowledge of finance, experience in financial relevant operations, month\-end close activities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. **What You Will Do** * Review and approve monthly journal entries prepared by finance and operational teams to ensure accuracy, completeness * Validate supporting documentation for journal entries and investigate unusual transactions or account fluctuations. * Ensure proper account coding, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments are recorded accurately. * Partner with accounting teams to resolve discrepancies identified during the month\-end close process. * Monitor close calendars and help ensure timely completion of all close\-related activities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. * Support interna...
