Overview: **Department:** Outpatient Rehabilitation\-Physical Therapy **Shifts Available:** Days **Employment Type:** Per Diem (PD/PRN) **Hours:** Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm ( Hours are flexible) **Location:** Providence Medical Center\- Kansas City, KS We are seeking a motivated Outpatient **Physical Therapist (PT)** to join our growing rehabilitation clinic. This role provides one\-on\-one patient care in a collaborative, patient\-centered environment focused on orthopedic rehab, neurological therapy, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular/balance rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering evidence\-based treatment, functional outcomes, and personalized care plans while building strong relationships with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers.
