Job Duties: * Assist Project Manager with construction planning and scheduling * Assists with jobs site supervision and safety as well as subcontractor coordination. * Perform pre\-construction tasks such as subcontractor coordination, submittal submission and review, and mobilization. * Assist in estimating including subcontractor and supplier quotes * Assist with material procurement in accordance with project schedule. Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree preferred. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to read plans and specs * Able to plan and organize tasks for construction Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $30\.00 \- $40\.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Project engineering: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
