Paragon Force is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Manager, Program/Project II to support the Joint Cross\-Functional Munitions Team (JXMT). This position will provide programmatic, schedule, and administrative support to facilitate the planning, execution, and tracking of complex technical initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining critical project management tools, coordinating schedules and action items, supporting communications across multiple stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
