**Summary of Job Description:** The CFT Real Estate Investment \& Development Associate supports the real estate team by providing financial analysis and project execution support for current and future development projects. This position works on active development projects, including ground up multifamily projects (Type III \& Type V) and Type I Office to Hotel adaptive reuse projects. The RE Investment \& Development Associate works closely with the real estate leadership team, A\&E consultants, general contractors, and hotel operators from pre\-development through stabilization. This position facilitates the annual budget/business planning process and recommends modifications to the annual budget and business plans based on analysis results. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Development \& Financial Analysis:** Supports development projects from pre\-development through stabilization. Builds financial models and return analyses, tracks budgets, schedules, entitlements, permitting, construction progress, and key milestones, and coordinates with project partners.
