This position oversees facilities staff and contractors while coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, regulatory testing, and capital improvement projects. The Facilities Manager also manages departmental staffing and budgets, ensures compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, and supports daily resort operations as needed.
