Many of our maintenance leaders started in this role. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks * Inspect units for quality and ensure all systems and appliances are working properly * Replace light fixtures, hardware, screens, locks, blinds, and other standard items * Report major repair needs to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager * Support the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and minor work orders * Ensure make\-ready timelines are met to support leasing goals * Maintain a clean and organized...
