Description: **POSITION SUMMARY** The Manager, Initiatives \& Projects directs initiatives and projects related to early childhood education and strengthening Hillsborough County communities. This position will oversee a wide range of responsibilities associated with the successful execution of contracts \& grants for local initiatives. The Manager will build and maintain effective professional relationships with contractors, childcare providers, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders that foster project success. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provides strategic leadership and oversight for high\-impact early learning initiatives, ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of grant\-funded programs and organizational priorities. * Manage and supervise the management of contracts \& grants related to early learning program initiatives and projects including invoice verification \& approval, documentation of deliverables, contract compliance, and managing vendor/contractual relationship * Oversee the implementation of Child Assessment, iSpy Tampa Bay and the Infant \& Toddler Initiatives, and other ELCHC Initiatives, ...
