**About Hangar** Hangar is a new Class\-A mid\-rise in Austin’s North Loop, opening in two buildings, Millie and Haile. Phase 1 is 249 units. A second phase of 250 units is planned to deliver in roughly two and a half years. Seco is opening the community in\-house. The on\-site team reports to the Community Manager, and the Community Manager reports to ownership. There is no regional office between the building and Ownership. Hangar offers high\-quality apartment units on the site of a former airstrip, next door to North Loop, a thriving old\-Austin neighborhood. Residents may never think about the history, but they will notice whether the building works, whether a request is answered, and whether the unit they move into is finished. **The opportunity** We are hiring the person who will take the building from the contractor and run it. The first year is a warranty year. Punch, start\-up, and the habits of the maintenance team get set now, and they are hard to reset later. This role goes well beyond dispatching work orders.
