FULL\-TIME EXEMPT Opportunity****$85K \- $115K Salary Rate** **Field Operations Supervisor** We are hiring an Operations Supervisorthat will be responsible for day\-to\-day operations including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short\-term scheduling needs, equipment, and supply maintenance, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Manager of Operations. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** * High school diploma or GED * Minimum of 18 years of age * Minimum of two (2\) years full\-time employment as a Paramedic/EMT (preferred) * Demonstrated skills and experience in evaluating, instructing and coaching all aspects of the delivery of pre\-hospital care * Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the operations protocols policies and procedures. * Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills * Effective interpersonal skills **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and other operational support sta...
