Job Description: We are seeking a legally grounded, empathetic, and strategic leader to serve as the **Director of Equity and Title IX** and institutional **Title IX Coordinator**. Reporting directly to the Chief Equity and Conduct Officer, you will lead a dedicated Equity Team to drive the strategic implementation, enforcement, and maintenance of compliance policies.
