**What to Expect** Tesla's Megapack (BESS) Deployment team is responsible for sourcing critical Balance of Plant Equipment such as medium\-voltage and power transformers, switchgear, breakers, E\-Houses, and EPC (civil and electrical) labor for utility\-scale energy storage projects. This position involves deep engagement with the global utility and renewable energy supply chain ecosystem, traveling to suppliers across different regions, and making critical decisions that directly impact grid\-scale energy storage deployments.
