**Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced construction professional to help oversee two upcoming construction projects on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington and Leland . This would be a great fit for a **semi\-retired contractor, superintendent, construction manager, inspector, or experienced tradesperson** who wants to stay involved in construction without working full\-time. **Responsibilities include:** * Visit the job sites a few times per week * Help oversee subcontractors and construction progress * Make sure work is being completed correctly and according to plans * Understand basic residential/commercial building codes and inspections * Help coordinate trades, inspections, materials, and schedules * Identify problems before they become expensive mistakes * Keep ownership updated on progress and upcoming needs We are **not looking for someone to physically perform the construction work.** We need someone knowledgeable who can act as an experienced set of eyes on the projects and assist with general contractor/project management responsibilities. **Schedule:** Flexible – only a few hours per week as needed **Location:** Wilmington, NC / Carolina Beach Road **Pay:** Ba...
