Description

We are looking for an accounting professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and contributing to the financial success of a growing resort environment. In this role, you will assist with key accounting and reporting activities for resort operations, homeowner associations, and related legal entities. You will work closely with leadership, gain exposure to a variety of accounting functions, and help support accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information for the organization. What You’ll Do * Assist with month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close activities for multiple homeowner associations and business entities. * Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, allocations, financial schedules, and related supporting documentation. * Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports used by leadership, ownership groups, association boards, auditors, and tax professionals. * Help maintain accurate general ledger activity and support proper transaction coding across entities, departments, properties, and associations. * Assist with accounting activities related to cash receipts, disbursements, bank reconciliations, accounts payable,...
