Patient Assessment Conduct head\-to\-toe physical assessments, track vital signs, and monitor lab or diagnostic results. **Job Overview** We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high\-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and their families throughout treatment. The Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for implementing the Plan of Care for patients assigned which includes but is not limited to: Coordinating with the General Manager and Authorization Specialists appropriate changes in the Plan of Care with regards to care provided, frequency, and referral to other services.
