Pop Step is a growing Pennsylvania\-based RV accessories company seeking an experienced, hands\-on digital marketing professional to help increase awareness, online sales, and grow our brand. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing, identify opportunities, and personally execute the work—not just provide recommendations. **Responsibilities** * Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns. * Improve WordPress/WooCommerce performance, SEO, and conversions. * Manage social media and Mailchimp email marketing. * Develop promotions, product launches, and advertising content. * Track sales, advertising performance, and return on investment. **Requirements** * Proven experience marketing physical consumer products online. * Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, WooCommerce, and analytics. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Clear, concise communication and strong follow\-through. * Experience with U.S. e\-commerce businesses preferred. **Schedule \& Compensation** $20–$35/hour, depending on experience.
