Working with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed * \- including tax planning, client interaction and performing special tax projects. * Looking at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied. * Developing solutions and communicating those solutions to the engagement team and client. * Manages client relationships by monitoring client needs and building value into professional service. * Manages client billing for accounting services provided. * Provides mentoring and technical training for employees in the tax department. * Attends training seminars, professional development, and networking events.
