PROFIT PARTICIPATION SPECIALIST =============================== The Profit Participation Specialist is a client\-facing role responsible for the day\-to\-day administration and coordination of our dealer profit\-sharing programs, including retro, reinsurance, and dealer\-owned warranty companies (DOWC). Reporting to the Director of Profit Participation, this role keeps onboarding, documentation, reporting, and dealer/agent communication running smoothly on a daily basis — serving as a dependable, responsive point of contact for dealers and agents. The Director sets program strategy, OKRs, and growth direction; the Specialist owns the administrative execution and daily operations that keep the program running against those goals. This is an execution\- and detail\-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys steady client contact, structured processes, and keeping many moving pieces organized and on track.
