In this role, the Low Voltage Installation Manager serves as a "working manager" who leads, schedules, and grows a field operations team of installation leads and specialists. This pivotal role balances high\-level coordination and manpower scheduling with hands\-on field leadership, including demonstrating complex terminations to junior staff. The manager acts as the primary architect of team deployment while maintaining a heavy focus on the technical training and onboarding of new personnel to ensure operational success.
