**Position Overview** We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and patient\-focused **Patient Access Coordinator / Float Medical Assistant** to support our clinical team and deliver an exceptional patient experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide outstanding **patient access, customer service, and care coordination** throughout the patient's journey—from scheduling and arrival through checkout and follow\-up. The Patient Access Coordinator will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for patients and families, helping ensure that every interaction is efficient, respectful, responsive, and centered on patient satisfaction. This position will also be **cross\-trained to perform Medical Assistant (MA) responsibilities** and will provide float coverage for clinical teams as needed.
