**What You Will Do** Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking a senior communications professional to drive recruitment marketing communications in support of institutional hiring priorities. This position is part of the Communications and External Affairs division and is deployed to Talent Acquisition as its primary communications partner. Working day to day with Talent Acquisition, you will turn workforce and recruiting needs into audience\-focused communications strategies, campaigns and content. You will provide independent counsel, lead complex projects and coordinate communications resources to help urgent hiring priorities reach the right audiences.
