**Project work, not a ticket queue.** At ISNY, an Inc. 5000 managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in NYC, our Systems Administrators run client implementations from start to finish: Microsoft 365 migrations, server deployments, network buildouts, and new client onboarding. **What you’ll do:** * Lead Microsoft 365 setups and migrations for new and existing clients * Deploy servers, both on\-prem Windows Server and cloud\-hosted * Configure network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, wireless * Scope projects with clients and our internal team, then deliver them * Document configurations and procedures so the next engineer can pick them up cleanly **What you bring:** * 3\+ years of hands\-on IT experience, ideally at an MSP or in project\-focused roles * Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server * Working knowledge of networking: firewalls, VLANs, VPNs * Clear writing and communication skills, since you’ll work directly with clients * The ability to manage multiple projects on your own **Nice to have:** * Autotask, ConnectWise, N\-able, or similar PSA/RMM tools * Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco **Why Join ISNY?** * **Attractive Compensation:...
