This position reports directly to the Chief Design and Construction Officer and plays a key role in overseeing hotel renovations, PIPs, new builds, capital projects, acquisitions, and development support initiatives. The Construction \& Renovation Project Manager will work closely with property leadership, vendors, contractors, ownership groups, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and brand expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound financial judgment, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects across different locations in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.
