***One must be flexible to work any shift, weekends and holidays as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Hotel. The position entails balancing guest accounts, ensuring the lobby area is clean and welcoming with cookies and fresh hot coffee at all times, checking guests in/out, informing guests of local attractions/sights, making and/or cancelling reservations, resolving guest issues and concerns, perform other duties as requested by management, all while providing exceptional customer service.
